9AM Arduino: Getting Started with Paul Simunek & Jim Merz                   

Arduino is the ubiquitous low-end controller for Makers! Learn how useful the inexpensive little Italian microcontroller can be for your projects. Programming software is freeware. Bring your Arduino (available locally at Radio Shacks or on line) and your laptop and let Paul Simunek and Jim Merz get you started.

Workshop now to be held in TekVenture Maker Station located in Library parking lot South of Library; access from Webster Street.

ADVANCED ARDUINO: SHIELDS Feb 22

1PM Arduino Shields & More    with Paul Simunek

More advanced Arduino users learn how to customize and expand the Arduino with "Shields" that plug onto the Arduino to enhance and specialize its functionality.

Participants in both workshops are urged to bring their own laptop and Ardunino.

NOTE:Arduinos and Laptops are available for loan to those who indicate a need in advance to TekVenture.
