TekVenture and the Urban Enterprise Association are excited how our missions are made for each other.
They see value in our innovative members, skills and equipment sharing,
and we see value in their clean industrial space and desire to help people get access to tools, to fix, invent, create and start businesses.
We moved in Oct. 1, 2023.
Photo is about 1/3 of our space. --> More photos!
The Mission of TekVenture is to provide an environment offering space, tools, materials and mentors, where the community can realize their creative potential, satisfy their need to make things, talk shop with other makers, explore entrepreneurial opportunitites, and connect with emerging technologies and the artisans and industries that use them.
For a LOW monthly MEMBERSHIP you can use every tool in the building, getting trained by friendly volunteers on the dangerous tools. Many members sell their works at places like Farmers' Markets.
ClayWorx has 7 potters wheels, lots of glazes, clay, and multiple firings a week.
Membership includes access to all tools and equipment once you are shown how to safely operate them.
The Hot Shop has forges, anvils and tools for blacksmithing, and equipment for welding.

Workshops are taught by creative inventors.
Makers can design, invent and build.
